ABOUT ME
I feel my higher purpose is to work in service, to gently help people to access and tap into their inner resources to be able to feel their best, connect with and trust their higher self and align with the body’s natural ability to heal.
I believe in each person’s potential within a holistic therapy setting, to tune inwards and release any blocks and to open up to a happy and harmonious mind, body and spirit; not just relying on taking tablets or on harsh and invasive treatments to temporarily cope with symptoms.
For over 20 years I experienced extremely debilitating lower back pain (Lumbago) and agonising Sciatica that could not be solved by any amount of medication or any one type of therapy. This led me to explore a much broader, integrated and multi-disciplinary approach to pain and our bodies.
I also began delving deeper into my personal themes of the gifts of compassion and healing self-doubt, fear and limiting beliefs, to look at how I might use my own growth to work with a wide range of people. I have used my own journeys and insight to work with everyone: from athletes, busy humans, to elderly, disabled people or those managing their lives with chronic illnesses.
I am a trained practitioner in muscular, biological, spiritual, ancestral, emotional and energetic realms and I work with reconnection in order to receive healing guidance and support. I am fully insured and offer mobile massage services in the comfort of your office or at home.
I have completed Reiki Master and Teacher Training with Jay MacLeod at Bath Reiki, Shamanic Training with Howard and Elsa Malpas at The Isle of Avalon Foundation in Glastonbury, Holistic Massage Training at Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork and Yumeiho Japanese Massage Therapy with Maciej Dluski.
I have two amazing children and live on a houseboat on the river Thames.
